Did yesterday's squat clean today.. 145, no improvement. Gonna get on a squat cycle for phase 3 since getting up from the hole is where I'm struggling.
Did Amanda RX, 14:43. MUs felt a bit unstable but got into the groove towards the end of the set of 7. Failed I think 8 snatches but this was the first time doing 95lbs in a wod so I'll take it. Now that I know what's a reasonable rest time that my body needs, I think I can shave the time down to 12ish next time.
