A. Couldn't hit 160 jerk. Best during programming was #165 for reps, so this is not a good performance. Wanted 175-185.B. 7 Athletes with goals don't take off for holidays. Got my ass handed to me today. Lesson learned.

285 (ties current PR), couldn't bring myself to clean 305. Left Shoulder was crazy tight.9+15 (first time doing it)
