A. 30# WOD: 4+18 (strict pull ups to avoid ripped hands, HSPU with an abmat b/c gymnastics are hard). Kept first 3 rounds of OHS unbroken, last one was 12-3. Gymnastics slowed me down -_-
A: 70. B: 8:27, c2b and HSPU unbroken did only 3 rounds of ohs unbroken then did the rest 8-7 shoulders and legs started to get tired, gotta get my endurance back
