A: 40,45,50 B1. 215,225,225 I power clean it into the push jerk all tng felt strong today. B2. done. B3. 10,7,7 rings were awesome at the gym I was at. C: 2:30, 2:40, 2:40,2:38,2:28 then past out on the floor for about 10 minutes it was hot at the gym lol
