I did this at 70% of max push jerk.
C. = 3:12
Rested 5 seconds from 0-25 butterfly.
Then 10 seconds and began kipping at 35+ and rested a lot before the last 5.

I don’t know what happened to my muscle ups. Many failed attempts and getting stuck at the transition.
The lateral bjo felt super awkward at first but then I found my rhythm and it became cake.
