A) Was having a lot of glute/lower back pain so didn't snatch. Instead I worked up to a heavy snatch grip push press (215) B)Then did EMOMx10 of 1 snatch grip PP 175, finished with a max rep at the last minute (175x7) C) 135,155,175 D1) 95lb, awkward as hell D2) 5lb ankle weights I think x10 + EMOMx5 40 UB double unders (All UB except the last one where I tripped at 35, sadly huge for me)
