Had 1 minute left when I got to snatches and failed three attempts. 10 foot WBs weren't as bad as I thought, but just couldn't catch my breath from that point forward and moved way, way too slow on the remainder. Would like to repeat this one in the future.

ReplyDeleteHad a good pace going then hit the snatches. Failed a bunch of power attempts before finally hitting a squat snatch. VERY. FRUSTRATING.

ReplyDeleteI definitely want to retest this again when I'm feeling fresh. I was definitely a little fatigued from the competition yesterday.
It was fun doing this with Emily this morning. :)
