500m is about 1:40, so was aiming for 1:55 pace, but after I started realized that wasn't going to happen. Goal then was to keep around low 2:00s and get over 1200m each interval.
500m is 1:58, so I was able to stay between 15-20 seconds off my time for most of the sets. Definitely feel like all of this rowing is helping me with this big weakness of mine.
fastest 500m run was 1:35 so I was originally aiming for 1:50-1:55 pace but realized quickly that it would not happen so I tried to keep between 2:00-2:10... the last interval felt smoothest
I thought this would be easier than last week, but it was equally as difficult and I couldn't maintain a fast pace for the full 5 min. For most I went out around 2:02 pace and fell off pretty quickly. Not too happy about this, but tomorrow's a new day

Did two rounds then got really really frustrated at how bad I am at rowing that I had to stop. Spent about 20 minutes after working on understanding my ideal stroke style, as well as working on maintaining a pace and rhythm... It went terribly
